the room was very clean and included robes. the hotel offers free paddle boards that guests can use in the sea.. staff made an effort for my birthday, giving me a cake and decorations on my bed.

the room was spacious and cleaned daily i liked that the fridge was restocked regularly. i also appreciated that we ordered room service on the first day the food was good and a decent size. robes and thongs were provided which i found useful

the hotel location is not ideal if you want to explore i felt it was very isolated. the nearby beach was not very clean this was a letdown. the staff seemed under stress and sometimes made mistakes

Our room with pool access was amazing! We could step directly into the refreshing water. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were polite. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The resort has all you could wish for.

The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The on-site restaurant offers a good mix of Thai and international dishes. It had a decent selection. There are also a few local seafood restaurants within walking distance should you want authentic Thai flavors. Breakfast was good and lacked nothing.

The hotel features an infinity pool overlooking the beach. A fitness center is available for guest use. Guests also have access to kayaks and paddleboards on the beach and they are available for rent which adds to the experience.

The hotel sits right on Ao Yon Beach. It is a quiet beach with calm waters, great for swimming. There is a 7-Eleven and a few other stores about a 15-20 minute walk away. Simple but cute massage places are nearby.

mixed experience at this hotel

room uncleanliness remote location

the breakfast had a good variety of options for us to choose from each morning.

The room wasn't very clean when i arrived, and it had a slight smell of vomit. i also noticed many bugs, especially at night. It was unpleasant. the staff didn't seem too concerned about these issues, frustrating. the location is also quite remote, so you end up paying a lot for taxis.
